We are seeking an innovative Business Consultant/Business setup advisor with 2+years of experience in the business setup background to streamline efficiency across our business operations. As a Business Set-up Advisor will assist individuals or organizations in the process of establishing their new business license. They primary responsibility is to provide guidance and support to ensure that their clients can achieve their business goals while complying with all the legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
Generating and managing Incoming sales inquiries from different sources like Phone calls, emails, chats, walk-in clients and referrals.
Follow – up with new and existing clients and updating status on the CRM.
Educating clients with information related to company set-up formation, suitable business activities, eligibilities, free zones rules, terms and conditions.
Attending events and business networks to maximize sales from other channels aside from the marketing leads.
Training and developing business set up firms/ new consultants to maximize the number of sales in the market.
Keeping in touch with Channel Partners to make sure that the relationship with the Free zone is good.
Achieving monthly sales targets.
CRM management for sales.
In-dept product knowledge and competition packages.
Providing monthly report on the number of sales vs number of leads received.
Coordinating between Compliance team and Operations Team to facilitate clients’ requirements.
Analysing market competition by conducting regular mystery shopping with free zones/competitors.
Actively involved in delivering excellent sales/customer service to the client from sign up until closure.
Maintaining high conversion rates.
Assisting clients from initial inquiry, requirements to incorporate the company and visa related fees.
Providing straight forward, transparent and accurate information related to the requirements of the client.
Preparing reports as required and/or requested by the line manager.

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
