Job Summary:
The Real Estate Business Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations, client services, and administrative functions of a real estate office or team. This position ensures smooth workflow, manages key documentation, and assists agents and leadership in executing sales, marketing, and operational activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and familiar with real estate processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of the real estate office or team.
Support real estate agents with listing preparation, transaction management, and client communications.
Maintain and update MLS listings, CRM databases, and marketing platforms.
Manage calendars, schedule property showings, inspections, and closings.
Prepare and organize real estate documents such as listing agreements, disclosures, and contracts.
Liaise with clients, title companies, mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Assist with marketing activities including social media posts, email campaigns, open house coordination, and flyer creation.
Track and report on sales activity, leads, and key performance indicators.
Ensure compliance with real estate laws, office procedures, and brand standards.
Handle invoicing, billing, and other basic financial tracking related to office operations or agent commissions.
