We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong market knowledge, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the sales and operations teams.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close business deals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years’ proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in the UAE).
- Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and market research.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- UAE driving license preferred.
