We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and result-oriented Business Development Executive who is passionate about digital solutions and can identify, connect, and close with potential clients in various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings
- Pitch and sell our digital marketing, SEO, website, branding, and paid advertising services
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the production team to tailor service packages
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Represent the company in industry events and client meetings
Requirements:
- Fresh or 2+ years of business development or sales experience (preferably in a digital agency or IT services)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, web development, social media)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability
- UAE driving license is a plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus)
