We are a growing holiday homes company based in Dubai, and we're looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) who is fluent in English to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive new business, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s expansion in both local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new property owners and investors for short-term rental management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts
Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in holiday homes, real estate or hospitality)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate/tourism market is a plus
