Business Development Executive (Immediate)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Present company products/services to potential clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a business development or sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,100.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
