We're Hiring: Business Development Executive – Interior Fit-Out | Dubai

Join our team at Kandas Interiors as a Business Development Executive (BDE). In this role, you’ll act as a field support to the Business Development Manager and help us drive growth across Dubai’s competitive interior fit-out market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients across sectors (retail, F&B, offices, clinics, etc.)
- Assist the BDM in meetings, follow-ups, and presentations
- Conduct market research and site visits to tap new leads
- Maintain and update client databases regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams to support project proposals and quotations
- Be the “runner” who bridges field intelligence with BD strategy
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of UAE experience in interiors / construction / real estate / facility services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident with outdoor sales and quick follow-ups
- Strong understanding of the Dubai market
- Valid UAE driving license is a must

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- BDE: 4 years (Required)
- Interior / Fitout: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Required)
