We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the IT system integration sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology solutions, a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT infrastructure, networking, security, and system integration.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions including cabling, server systems, telephony, and network infrastructure.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market & Industry Awareness
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and industry best practices.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with pre-sales engineers and project teams for seamless delivery of solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to build brand presence.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT system integration or related technology fields.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure components including servers, storage, networking, cabling, and telephony.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
