The Role: The Business Development Executive will keep a close track of all sales leads within the organization and monitor the school’s whatsapp & client communication. The position would also work closely with the Sales and marketing team to drive revenue, research and formulate sales and marketing opportunities and thereby implement new sales plans.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify target markets, evaluate business needs and establish targets and performance metrics.
- Meet budget and revenue targets, review work of multiple teams, evaluate market/industry trends and competition.
- Manage and keep a close track on whatsapp communication and direct to respective nursery branches.
- To assist "problem branches" to generate more leads via Local market events and increase the leads to tour ratios by aggressive follow on all watsapp leads.
- Actively seek new business opportunities using effective marketing/advertising campaigns and other PR activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports to update management on the sales progress.
- Network and socialize with important clients to ensure sustained patronage.
- Maximize value from referral networks and business connections.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure the company’s competitiveness
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data and make decisions to optimize sales operations and resource allocation.
