We are looking for a female Business Development Executive to act as the key liaison between our company and valued customers. Your primary role will be coordinating client interactions, ensuring smooth service delivery for our Fire & Safety Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and assisting with quotations and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with existing and potential clients regarding AMC and service schedules.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain records of leads, quotations, and service requests in the CRM.
- Schedule and confirm site visits and inspections.
- Provide after-sales support and handle client inquiries professionally.
- Share client feedback with the sales and technical teams.
Requirements:
- Female candidate, currently based in UAE.
- Experience in customer service, coordination, or sales support (fire safety knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Good in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Presentable, well-organized, and client-focused.
