We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand our client base, and forge strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, market research, and revenue generation, with strong negotiation and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business objectives.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- X+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Industry knowledge in [your sector, e.g., IT, Manufacturing, Healthcare] is a plus.
