. Responsibilities and Duties
· Develop new markets for E houses , Modular Building, Living Quarters , Blast rated Module and business streams for the organisation by developing and delivering strategies for the alternate products, services and markets which are aligned with existing skillsets and capacities, maximising opportunities across local and international multi market sectors.
· Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to management.
- Coordinate with technical, engineering, and operations teams to deliver customized and cost competitive solutions to clients.
· To achieve or exceed the annual revenue and EBITDA targets for each product category.
· Develop detailed product line specific plans and value driven targets across multiple market sectors and geographical locations ensuring micro level focus on target achievements.
· Manage, develop and enhance a sales team and complimentary network of sales agents capable of creating, finding, negotiating and closing contracts for all company product categories within targeted industries and geographies
· Identify opportunities for new products utilising our existing competencies, capacities and capabilities.
· Analyze the market dynamics, competitive threats, and value chain proposition to specify pricing and benefits of the product offering to meet customer expectations, evaluate offering against competition and implement competitive differentiation.
· Hold top level contacts and network within major customers maximising market share and profitability of the segment.
· In conjunction with the Vice President, develop and implement an ambitious business plan that enables the business to maximise both market share and contribution for its product categories.
· Manage a network of contacts within targeted industries and be aware of all major market opportunities from 3 years, out developing early relationships with select customers.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
C. Organisational Relationships
· Reports to : Vice President – Sales
· Works closely across all segment functions to maximise profitable revenues and ensure segment wide awareness of future space and resource requirements
· Location: Sharjah Office .
· Travel: Frequent Overseas travel
D. Job Specifications
1. Qualification, Knowledge, Experience
a) Academic Qualification and Professional Qualification
· Educated to first degree level, preferably Engineering
b) Experience (minimum preferred)
· 10+ years experience of business development, particularly in the Oil and Gas industry, in an International setting
2. Technical requirements
· Proven management capabilities and leadership quality in developing, motivating and driving a team to achieve set goals
· Strong service-oriented business acumen, excellent business planning and direct sales and marketing skills
· Computer literate and a good command of the English language
3. Key competencies
· Self-starter that can be managed from a distance.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Team player
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed (domestic and international). Existing network of contacts in the oil & gas industry.
- Technical knowledge of Oil and Gas fabrication .
- Experience in working with international clients and multi-cultural teams.
