As a Business Development Manager in our Interior Fit-Out division, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and driving the growth of our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring that our projects meet client expectations and maintain the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the contracting and interior fit-out market.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
3. Lead the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
4. Manage and track project pipelines, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
5. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices.
6.Collaborate with the project management and design teams to ensure successful project execution.
7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote services and build brand awareness.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Development Manager or similar role in contracting, interior fit-out, or construction industry.
2. Strong network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead business development initiatives, including managing sales cycles and building lasting client relationships.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
