About Us:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to drive growth, build partnerships, and help scale our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across crypto, forex, and digital services
- Build and manage long-term client and partner relationships
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and lead generation
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and partnership offers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets
- Work closely with marketing, legal, and product teams to align execution strategies
- Report business performance insights and contribute to strategic planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales (fintech/crypto/forex preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with UAE business and compliance landscape is a plus
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms
