We are a languages training institute in Sharjah committed to delivering high-quality development programs and certifications across various sectors. We are currently expanding and seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow B2B and B2C client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and individual learners.
- Promote training programs and services through presentations, calls, and meetings.
- Meet monthly sales targets and generate consistent revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional strategies.
- Prepare proposals and follow up on leads, quotations, and contracts.
- Attend networking events and exhibitions to promote the institute.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English
- Proven track record in sales or business development (preferably in the education/training sector)
- Strong understanding of the local market
- Residency preferred (candidates already residing in UAE will be prioritized)
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
