Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Excellence Executive to drive operational efficiency and excellence across our organization. In this role, you will optimize processes to align with best practices and industry standards, using proven continuous improvement methodologies such as PDCA, A3 Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Six Sigma.
You will lead cross-functional projects, enhance business performance, and guide teams towards achieving excellence with a strong focus on quality, safety, and environmental performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement processes, policies, and procedures.
- Design and optimize process workflows for efficiency and quality.
- Monitor performance trends and present analysis to the Head of Department.
- Collaborate with teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Conduct process audits and maturity assessments.
- Support digital transformation initiatives through automation.
- Create and maintain process documentation.
- Oversee implementation of new procedures across departments.
- Lead operational excellence projects.
- Prepare analysis and reports using MS Excel & PowerPoint.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical preferred).
- Professional certifications such as Lean, Project Management, ISO 9001.
- Expertise in Lean methodologies, Kaizen, 5S, and similar frameworks.
- Advantage for candidates with Data Analytics skills.
- 10 – 12 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Teams, and other cloud-based tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
