Job Summary:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Teacher located in Dubai, United Arab
Emirates. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated BTEC Level 3 Business
Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-
quality teaching, learning, and assessment to students enrolled in the Pearson BTEC
Level 3 Business program. The teacher should be able to inspire students, develop their
business knowledge and skills, and prepare them for higher education or the
professional world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the Pearson BTEC Level 3 Business curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Support students with coursework, assignments, and projects, ensuring they meet BTEC assessment criteria.
- Provide pastoral and academic support to help students achieve their full potential.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments.
- Prepare students for assessments and coursework-based evaluations.
- Liaise with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support student development.
- Stay up to date with educational best practices, industry trends, and BTEC policies.
- Participate in department meetings, and extracurricular activities as required.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience teaching BTEC Level 3 Business or similar qualifications will be a plus.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Classroom management abilities
Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of business concepts, marketing, finance, & entrepreneurship.
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to provide effective feedback and assessment in line with BTEC standards.
- Strong IT and digital literacy skills for blended learning and online assessments.
- Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working in further education (FE), sixth-form colleges, or vocational training.
- Knowledge of Pearson’s BTEC policies and grading criteria.
- Experience in business or industry is a plus.
