Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on company structure, visa options, and office/warehouse lease choices.
- Handle all legal documents, including business proposals, board resolutions, and attestations.
- Maintain strong relationships with government officials and freezone authorities.
- Manage the incorporation timeline and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Stay updated on legal changes and government policies impacting the business.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in UAE company incorporation, amendments, and re-domiciliation.
Knowledge of legal structures and incorporation processes for mainland and freezones.
Strong communication skills with authorities and clients.
Ability to prepare and organize legal documentation.
