Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Formation Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of company formation processes in the UAE, including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore setups. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to close high-value leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult clients on business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) and recommend appropriate jurisdictions.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, consultation, documentation, and closure.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into sales.
- Coordinate with internal PRO and legal teams to ensure smooth documentation and licensing.
- Keep updated with UAE government regulations and procedures related to business formation.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through transparent communication and support.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business setup or B2B sales in the UAE (1+ years preferred).
- Deep knowledge of Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore company formation in the UAE.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Good understanding of UAE legal and government documentation processes.
- Must be currently based in the UAE with a valid visa.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
