Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore Company Formation:
- Provide expert guidance to clients on the selection of the most suitable company structure (mainland, Freezone, or offshore).
- Oversee the end-to-end company formation process, including licensing, permits, and approvals.
- Client Consultation:
- Consult with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the setup process.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with UAE business laws, regulations, and government procedures related to business setup.
- Ensure clients' compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Document Preparation:
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements necessary for business setup and operations.
- CRM Management:
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate client records and track progress.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance client relationships and satisfaction.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage a team of professionals, including business setup consultants and administrative staff.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, both locally and internationally.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Proven experience in business setup and company formation in Dubai, with expertise in mainland, Freezone, and offshore entities.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE business laws, regulations, and government procedures.
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Multilingual skills, particularly knowledge of Arabic, is advantageous.
