We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with expertise in business setup, real estate, insurance, and banking to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Urdu and Hindi, possessing excellent communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients in the fields of business setup, real estate, insurance, and banking.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services related to business setup, real estate transactions, insurance policies, and banking solutions.
Consultative Selling: Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions, offering comprehensive advice and guidance throughout the sales process.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Targets and Reporting: Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in business setup, real estate, insurance, or banking sectors.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, Urdu and Hindi, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with business setup processes, real estate transactions, insurance products, and banking services.
Customer-Centric Approach: Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
