We are looking for a Business Setup Coordinator to help clients set up their businesses by handling trade license processes and ensuring all legal requirements are met. This role requires attention to detail and knowledge of business licensing procedures.
Main Duties:
- Assist clients with the entire process of obtaining trade licenses.
- Prepare and submit applications for business licenses and permits.
- Coordinate with government authorities for approval and compliance.
- Follow up on application status and resolve any issues.
- Advise clients on business registration requirements and regulations.
- Maintain records of trade license applications and renewals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in business setup or trade license work is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local business regulations and licensing processes.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
