The Business Systems and Financial Performance Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving the integration of finance, business systems, and performance management across the organization. This position is responsible for automating Management Information System (MIS) reports, developing and maintaining Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards, linking team KPIs to overall business performance, and serving as a functional consultant for ERP systems. The analyst works closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to optimize business processes, ensure data accuracy, and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, automate, and maintain MIS reports to ensure timely and accurate financial and operational data delivery.
- Design, build, and update BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) that visualize key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Collaborate with finance and business units to define, monitor, and analyze KPIs aligned with organizational goals.
- Serve as a functional consultant for ERP systems, supporting implementation, configuration, process improvement, and user training.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve business processes leveraging ERP and other business systems.
- Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
- Liaise between finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system and reporting solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and BI platforms.
- Support ad-hoc financial and business analysis projects as needed.
- Support all Business Improvement initiatives and Projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience in finance, business analysis, or ERP functional consulting roles.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (Specifically Odoo) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in MIS automation and report generation.
- Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and KPI frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with process reengineering or business process optimization.
- Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, or basic programming for automation.
- Understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles.
- Project management experience.
