We are seeking a professional Butcher to join our restaurant team. The butcher will be responsible for preparing high-quality cuts of meat and ensuring all meat products are handled, stored, and prepared in compliance with hygiene and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of meat cuts, portion control, and must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare meat cuts, including beef, lamb, veal, poultry, and seafood as per menu requirements.
- Portion, trim, debone, and grind meats with precision and consistency.
- Work closely with chefs to meet kitchen requirements and portion specifications.
- Ensure proper storage, rotation, and labeling of all meat products.
- Follow restaurant and Dubai Municipality food safety standards (HACCP).
- Minimize waste and maximize yield on all meat products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of meat prep areas and equipment.
- Receive, inspect, and stock meat deliveries according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure all meat is Halal-compliant (if applicable).
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a butcher in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Knowledge of various meat cuts and butchery techniques.
- Familiarity with UAE food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and in coordination with kitchen staff.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy metal items.
- Basic English communication; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per month
