Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare duct shop drawings using CAMduct and AutoCAD.
- Input duct data for fabrication (sizes, fittings, materials).
- Optimize material usage and generate CNC cutting files.
- Coordinate with design and fabrication teams.
- Produce job packs, labels, and cutting schedules.
- Maintain CAMduct database and ensure drawing accuracy.
- Follow project specs and industry standards (e.g., SMACNA).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Hands-on experience in nesting, unfolding, and machine programming.
Qualification:
- 1–3 years of experience in duct fabrication or HVAC drafting.
- Proficient in Autodesk CAMduct software
- Understanding of HVAC ductwork design and fabrication.
- Knowledge of sheet metal layout, cutting lists, and machine operations.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other CAD software is an advantage.
