Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Car Polishing & Detailing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in automotive polishing, interior and exterior detailing, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. This role involves restoring and maintaining the appearance of vehicles to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full exterior and interior detailing services on vehicles
- Paint polishing and correction using machine polishers
- Apply wax, sealants, or ceramic coatings
- Clean and treat leather, fabric, and vinyl surfaces
- Wash and decontaminate vehicle surfaces (prepping, clay bar, etc.)
- Clean wheels, tires, engine bay, and undercarriage
- Identify paint defects and apply solutions appropriately
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Follow safety and company guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive detailing and polishing
- Knowledge of detailing tools, chemicals, and techniques
- Ability to operate polishing machines (rotary and dual action)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Physically fit and able to stand or bend for long hours
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Honest, punctual, and customer-focused
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
