Are you a compassionate healthcare professional with a passion for teaching and helping others grow in their careers? We are looking for a Caregiver & Nursing Assistant Trainer & Sales Executive to join our growing team. This dual-role opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys clinical instruction and is equally enthusiastic about promoting healthcare education.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions for Caregiver and Nursing Assistant courses, while also playing a key role in promoting and expanding our training services.
Trainer certification is preferred but not mandatory – If you have the ability to teach and a desire to grow, we’ll support you with training and development.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Education (60%)
- Conduct professional training sessions for:
- Caregiver Certification Courses
- Nursing Assistant Programs
- Related practical skills (patient care, hygiene, mobility, vital signs, safety, etc.)
- Deliver both theoretical and hands-on practical sessions tailored for healthcare support staff.
- Maintain accurate and organized training records and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to updated training standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Continuously upgrade your knowledge and delivery skills through regular internal training.
Sales & Business Development (40%)
- Promote Caregiver and Nursing Assistant courses to individuals, clinics, hospitals, home care agencies, and healthcare groups.
- Generate leads through outreach, networking, and digital engagement.
- Conduct program briefings and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and students.
- Meet sales targets to support the organization’s growth strategy.
Qualifications
- Background in healthcare (e.g., Nurse, Allied Health Professional, Home Health Aide, Clinical Instructor).
- Experience in clinical training, patient care, or healthcare education is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Must be open to learning and upskilling regularly.
- Willingness to travel locally for on-site training sessions and meetings.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Certified trainer or educator (e.g., DOH-approved, licensed clinical educator).
- Experience in home care, elderly care, or long-term care training.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards (DOH, DHA, MOH, etc.).
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer relationship management.
