- Cargo Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by selling cargo services to various clients, including freight forwarders, airlines, and logistics companies. Build and maintain relationships with customers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the efficient movement of cargo.
- Securing new cargo contracts by introducing potential customers to appointed airlines.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
- Maintain and expand business in the assigned area.
- Negotiate agreements and resolves potential issues or problems with clients
- Expand existing current customer base by recognizing and involving all cargo agents within the area.
- Create awareness of all the products and services in the area to magnify market influence and generate future sales.
- Involve in business strategies with Charter Sales Manager
- Prepare sales activities and performance report.
