- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the carpentry crew
- Interpret and implement blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Oversee construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures
- Ensure work is completed according to safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage site materials, tools, and equipment
- Monitor crew performance and provide training or guidance when needed
- Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
- Complete daily job logs, time tracking, and material reports
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
