Looking for a skilled Carpenter/Handyman to work across our two companies, Air-co (AC servicing & maintenance) and Flip Co (villa & apartment renovations).
Responsibilities include:
Carrying out gypsum cutting, refixing, and patch repairs, with finishing in painting where required during AC servicing works.
Assisting the AC team on site to ensure clean and professional reinstatement after maintenance or duct cleaning.
Supporting renovation and fit-out projects with general handyman duties.
Supervising subcontractors and site activities when needed, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service across all jobs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in carpentry, gypsum works, and painting.
Hands-on handyman skills with the ability to work independently.
Civil/masonry, electrical, and plumbing skills are highly advantageous.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work across both AC maintenance and renovation projects.
