Required Experience
· Proven experience as a security guard that monitor CCTV and observe actions or in a similar role.
· Certificate in Security Operations: This is often a mandatory certification for security guards, including those monitoring CCTV systems.
· Security Guard License is preferred: which often involves passing a background check and completing authorities training.
· Knowledge of security logs and incidents reports documentation.
· Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
· Ability to remain focused and vigilant for extended periods.
· Good understanding of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
· Attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibility
- The CCTV Security Guard is responsible for monitoring the CCTV cameras in the CCTV control room. The role includes detecting suspicious activities, reporting and recording incidents, while ensuring the safety and security of the premises. This role is crucial for maintaining the security and safety of the premises by ensuring constant vigilance and prompt reporting of any incidents.
