Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV camera feeds to identify suspicious or unusual activity across the premises.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or security breaches immediately to the Security Supervisor or relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate records and daily activity logs, including any incidents or observations.
- Ensure that all CCTV systems are functioning properly; report malfunctions for timely repair.
- Review recorded footage when required for investigations or evidence collection.
- Control access to the surveillance room and ensure confidentiality of all video footage.
- Follow company protocols for emergency situations, including fire, theft, or unauthorized access.
- Assist in preparing incident reports supported by CCTV evidence.
- Support security operations by providing real-time updates during patrols or emergency events.
- Stay updated with privacy laws and company policies related to surveillance.
