Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauté, pastry, etc..).
- Prepare and present dishes according to the menu and recipe specifications.
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
- Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and assist with inventory.
- Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and apprentices.
- Collaborate with the team during busy service times and ensure timely execution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a CDP or strong experience as a Demi Chef.
- Culinary qualification or relevant training.
- A solid understanding of various cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
