Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Manager to to work closely with a prominent Australian influencer, to build his career, negotiate deals on his behalf, manage his public image, and handle his day-to-day administrative tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- to oversee his day-to-day business affairs
- to build and expand his reach and presence
- to negotiate deals and projects on his behalf
- to manage his public image and his name brand
- to handle his day-to-day administrative tasks
- to manage his calendar
- to manage his scripts, videos and content to make sure to only go live once approved
- to collab and liaison with other businesses, other influencers, PR agencies, production companies, publishers, and platforms to help build his brand name and awareness.
- to work closely with in-house team to get the job done in a timely manner.
- to develop and implement strategies to grow and strengthen digital presence and brand visibility across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
- to be up to date with the latest market trends
- to be creative in the development of brand identity including but not limited to, merchandise, digital and print products, etc.
- to liaison and manage in selecting his best events and awards.
Required Skills:
- Existing industry network and contacts
- Experience in this line of work
- Experience in managing mood swings
- Good communication skills
- Experience in Social media skills, digital trends and audience engagement
- Experienced in liaison and brand building.
Note:
- 24x7 availability will be required
- Willingness to travel spontaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Brand Management: 5 years (Required)
- Social Media Management: 5 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Preferred)
