Chef de Partie – Palma Beach Resort & Spa, Umm Al Quwain
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-quality hotel or resort kitchens, with strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes within your section to the highest standards, Maintain consistency, quality, and portion control Support to the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations ,Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with HACCP standards train and guide junior kitchen staff.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, Preferably in a hotel/resort , Strong culinary skills and attention to detail, Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, Team player with a positive attitude, Arabic and Indian Cuisine
