Job Title: Chef de Partie – Hot Section

Job Summary:
The Chef de Partie – Hot Section is responsible for preparing and managing all hot food production, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, hygiene, and efficiency. This role includes leading a small team, organizing mise en place, and maintaining smooth operations during service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook all hot food items (grills, sauté, roasts, sauces, etc.) according to standard recipes and specifications.
- Oversee the daily operations of the hot kitchen section and ensure readiness for each service.
- Supervise and train commis chefs and junior kitchen staff in the hot section.
- Maintain stock levels, request supplies when necessary, and assist with inventory control.
- Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO system).
- Follow all health and safety regulations including HACCP and Dubai Municipality requirements.
- Monitor and control food waste and portion sizes.
- Collaborate with Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new hot dishes or improve current menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in the hot kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of grilling, roasting, sautéing, sauce preparation, and hot kitchen operations.
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume service.
- Team leadership and communication skills.
Working Conditions:
- Must be willing to work split shifts, weekends, and holidays as per roster.

- 9 hours duty/one day weakened off /30 calader days Annual vacation after completing one year with ticket allowance
