We are actively seeking a highly connected and results-driven Chief Business Officer (CBO) with a robust network of banking clients and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial banking or a similar field, with the ability to leverage established relationships to bring in new business from banks immediately upon joining. The CBO will be responsible for securing high-value contracts for real estate valuation and related services through strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and corporate entities, as well as real estate developers and family groups.
Job Responsibilities:
- Bank Client Acquisition: Leverage existing relationships with key decision-makers in the banking sector to bring in new clients immediately. Focus on securing contracts for real estate valuation, asset-backed lending, and mortgage valuation services.
- Strategic Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with commercial banks, investment banks, and other financial institutions. Additionally, tap into opportunities with real estate developers and family groups to ensure business growth and high-value contracts.
- Immediate Business Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities within your existing banking network to generate new revenue streams quickly. You are expected to tap into your contacts to initiate immediate business deals.
- Tailored Solutions for Banks: Work closely with financial institutions to provide customized real estate valuation services that align with their needs, whether for loan underwriting, asset financing, or mortgage-backed securities.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for newly acquired bank clients. Drive synergy between the valuation, finance, and legal teams to meet client expectations.
- Target-Driven Growth: Achieve aggressive revenue and client acquisition targets from the banking sector, contributing significantly to the company’s overall growth objectives.
- Industry Networking: Actively represent the company at banking and finance industry events, using your established presence to further expand the company’s client base and market reach within the financial services industry.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in business administration specialized in Marketing.
- 10-15 years of experience in commercial or corporate banking, with a focus on relationship management and business development.
- Proven ability to deliver bank clients and close high-value contracts quickly upon joining.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, particularly related to real estate valuation and asset-backed financing.
- A substantial network within UAE’s banking sector, including senior executives and decision-makers in both commercial and corporate banking.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a track record of high-value deal closures.
- Ability to work independently and achieve immediate, measurable results.
