Sales Strategy Development
- Design and implement strategic sales plans.
- Identify new markets and customer segments.
- Forecast sales and monitor performance against goals.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead sales teams.
- Set individual and team performance targets.
- Drive a culture of accountability and performance.
Revenue Growth
- Develop pricing strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Oversee key account relationships and negotiations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with product, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Ensure customer feedback is integrated into product development.
- Align sales with company-wide initiatives.
Performance Monitoring
- Use CRM and data analytics to track KPIs.
- Regularly report sales metrics to the CEO and board.
- Adjust strategies based on market trends and performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales leadership and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, CRM systems, and data analysis.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire large teams.
- Often holds a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
