We're hiring: Chief Technologist (Luxury Bakery, Dubai)
We're building a premium bakery brand — where every product is crafted with precision, creativity, and care. We're looking for a strong production leader to own the product, processes, and scaling from the inside.
Full-time, in-house (Dubai)
Your role:
- Own and optimize all production processes — from prep to final product
- Maintain consistency and premium quality at scale
- Refine recipes and technologies based on feedback and product vision
- Source top-tier ingredients and production equipment
- Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
- Build and train the production team
- Collaborate with founders and finance to align costs, yield, and innovation
- Play a key role in scaling the business locally and internationally
We're looking for:
- Solid experience as a production lead / technologist in bakery or pastry (premium segment is a big plus)
- Deep understanding of ingredients, textures, temperatures, and processes
- A systems thinker who can balance creativity and structure
- Hands-on and ready to build something outstanding from the ground up
- Passion for great food and beautiful products
- (Bonus) Experience launching new product lines or production sites
- Russian-language proficiency is an advantage
