We are currently seeking a Civil Foreman with solid experience in the UAE to join our growing construction team. If you're a hands-on leader with a strong background in finishing works and the ability to manage site operations efficiently, we want to hear from you.
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of civil foreman experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge and experience in finishing works (gypsum, painting, tiling, joinery coordination, etc.).
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Capable of supervising site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring timely execution.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
- Monitor and control manpower and material usage.
- Conduct quality checks, resolve site issues, and report progress.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at the site.
