Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on villa projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of construction projects.
- Manage and lead a team of construction workers, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient project progress.
- Monitor construction site safety, enforcing compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related issues promptly to prevent delays and ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a civil foreman in residential construction projects, with a focus on villas, demonstrating a track record of 5 to 7 years.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Relevant certification or diploma in civil engineering or a related field.
