We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Civil General Foreman who can manage the entire site execution process — from initial groundwork and structure to finishing and final handover of keys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all phases of site execution, including excavation, structure, blockwork, plastering, MEP coordination, tile work, painting, carpentry, and final finishing
- Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, project specifications, and schedule
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless execution
- Manage daily site activities, allocate manpower, and ensure efficient use of materials and machinery
- Monitor work progress and quality; resolve technical/site issues promptly
- Ensure high safety standards are maintained at all times
- Conduct inspections and ensure readiness for handover and snagging
- Prepare daily progress reports and attend site meetings as needed
- Take full site responsibility from mobilization to final key handover
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 7 years UAE experience in complete project execution (structure to handover)
- Excellent knowledge of structural works, architectural finishes, and coordination with MEP
- Strong leadership, site management, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proven track record of delivering quality work on schedule
- UAE driving license preferred
