CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER
we need civil engineer to work as project manager, the applicant should have more than 10 years experience in construction field in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and guide the project team to ensure high performance and development.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with the project specifications.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Track project costs to ensure alignment with the budget and make adjustments as necessary.
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to facilitate effective communication and successful project outcomes.
- Ensure all aspects of the project adhere to industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Qualifications:
- the candidate should hold bachelor degree in civil engineering.
- Dubai Municipality-approved Engineering License Unlimited.
- Candidate must have atleast 10 years UAE experience as a Project Manager.
