Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Site survey, site survey reports
- Supervision and Coordination:
- Directing and coordinating the work of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensuring all work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and permits.
- Managing the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforcing safety regulations and building codes on-site.
- Conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards or violations.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Quality Control:
- Monitoring the quality of workmanship and materials to ensure they meet project specifications.
- Conducting inspections and resolving any quality issues that arise.
- Project Management:
- Monitoring project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintaining accurate records of site activities, progress, and costs.
- Preparing and submitting site reports.
- Communication and Problem Solving:
- Communicating effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Resolving on-site conflicts and addressing any issues that arise during construction.
- Liaising with local authorities regarding construction regulations and by-laws.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

- site supervisor: 3 years (Required)
