Job Description:
Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Civil Store Keeper to manage store operations at our project site in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in road and infrastructure projects, with expertise in inventory management, documentation, and material tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage all incoming/outgoing materials (construction, equipment, tools) at the site store.
✔ Prepare and verify GRN (Goods Received Note), Delivery Orders (DO), and MRN (Material Return Notes).
✔ Maintain real-time records of stock levels using ERP software.
✔ Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and site teams for timely material delivery.
✔ Conduct daily/weekly stock audits and report discrepancies.
✔ Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials as per safety standards.
✔ Assist in procurement and reconciliation of materials.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2+ years as a Civil Store Keeper (road/infrastructure projects preferred).
✅ Strong knowledge of GRN, DO, MRN, and ERP systems.
✅ Tech-savvy – Proficient in MS Excel/ERP for inventory tracking.
✅ Physically active – Able to handle heavy material logs and site visits.
✅ Communication skills – Fluent in English (Hindi/Arabic a plus).
