Warehouse supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse operations, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed according to regulatory requirements, and contractual customers KPI’s are met. The role requires a deep understanding of healthcare warehousing practices and regulations, as well as a strong ability to manage people, processes, and have continues improvement mindset. Demonstrating high standards of process quality awareness, evaluate and develop process control strategies to improve operational performance with zero error approach.
About the Job
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed according to regulatory requirements and achieving customers KPI’s.
- Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring that they are following all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Is able to foresee future challenges for the operations (e.g.Seasonality) and proactively plan solutions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Able to give and take appropriate positive and constructive feedback.
- Lead, guide, and coach warehouse team members, creating succession and embedding culture of continues improvement approach.
- Scheduling of daily operational activities for the team. Leveling the workload to achieve daily operational objectives by planning and allocating manpower resources.
- Productivity calculations and measurement for the team, ensuring customers KPI’s are met.
- Overlooking quality and safety aspects of operation, such as ensuring proper follow through on SOPs, GDP compliance, carrying the Quality and efficiency mindset into the operation.
- Collaboration with other departments: CS, QA, Admin, Transportation to achieve daily operational goals.
- Responsible for performance of the assigned team, on time and compliant performance for the assigned customers.
- Assist management team to develop, manage and monitor operational performance of the Warehouse Operations.
- Give and take appropriate positive and constructive feedback to warehouse staff.
- Takes effective decisions timely and autonomously ensuring high operations standards and effectiveness.
- In additional to your specific job responsibilities, you may be called upon to carry out specific assignments by your manager.

About You
Secondary: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, logistics, supply chain or related field is desirable.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehousing, including experience managing staff. Strong knowledge of local regulations and GDP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
