Junior Sales Executive – Cladding Industry
Location: United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 6,000–10,000/month + Commission

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Executive to support our B2B sales operations in the Cladding industry. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, basic industry knowledge, and the drive to grow their career in the construction/industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Support senior sales team in preparing proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of projects and services
- Attend client meetings and industry events with senior team members
- Follow up on payment collection and assist in credit control processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years UAE experience in cladding, steel structures, cold stores, or related industries (fresh graduates with relevant internships may also apply)
- Basic understanding of construction and industrial sectors
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and achieve sales targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
Experience:
- UAE Cladding Sales: 3 years (Required)
- roof cladding, cold stores, steel structure, Sandwich panels: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Drivers License (Required)
