DDY is now looking for a reliable and compassionate individual to join our team as a Housekeeping/Cleaner (Female)
About the Job Role
The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a healthcare setting and be committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of therapy rooms, common areas, and staff offices.
- Ability to complete cleaning tasks efficiently within a specified timeframe according to the given cleaning schedules
- Adhere to infection control protocols and healthcare cleaning standards.
- Manage waste disposal, laundry services, and restocking of supplies.
- Collaborate with the medical and support teams to ensure the center maintains the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in housekeeping within a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Basic communication skills to follow instructions, report issues, and work as part of a team
- Understanding of infection control and cleaning procedures in healthcare.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and pay attention to detail.
- Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented with a dedication to creating a clean and safe environment for individuals with autism
- Must be flexible enough for long working hours
- Having good Physical Stamina since the job often involves standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and other physically demanding tasks.
- Must be Young and Energetic
