Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across multiple sites
- Implement and monitor cleaning schedules, ensuring deep cleaning and facade cleaning are completed as required.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently maintained.
- Ensure correct use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools.
- Train staff in cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and chemical safety.
- Monitor the use and inventory of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports regarding cleaning activities, staff attendance, and incident reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Liaise with clients to understand and meet specific cleaning needs.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of industrial, commercial, and residential cleaning practices.
- Experience in deep cleaning and facade cleaning techniques.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and modern equipment.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe use.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Ability to create and maintain cleaning reports and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license (mandatory).
