We are looking for a dynamic and organized Front Office & CRM Executive who will be the face of our company, ensuring smooth front-desk operations, driving lead generation efforts, managing client relationships, and following up on payments. Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact at the reception, greeting and assisting clients and visitors professionally.
- Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and other business development activities.
- Manage CRM database: updating client information, tracking interactions, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and assist in resolving queries promptly.
- Provide top-notch customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Organize and schedule client appointments, internal meetings, and maintain office records.
- Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for seamless client servicing.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, CRM handling, and front desk management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional phone manners and customer service mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Hotel Supplies Industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic accounting for payment follow-ups.
